Account and phone verification
Customers may be asked to provide a name, phone number, and delivery details and to complete phone verification before account-linked features or order access are enabled. Customers must provide information they are authorized to use.
Communications
With your consent, Sarvam One may send order updates, service messages and occasional promotional offers through SMS, RCS or WhatsApp. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the message or by contacting us.
Product information and pricing
Product names, varieties, units, batch information, prices, cutoffs, and delivery windows are shown for the active server-backed offer. Fruit naturally varies in size, colour, appearance, ripeness, and sweetness.
Order acceptance and availability
Orders remain subject to active-offer availability and the displayed cutoff. Submitting an order request does not require Sarvam One to accept it if stock, service capacity, customer details, or delivery access cannot be confirmed.
Payment authorization
The payment method and amount shown at confirmation apply to an accepted order. When online payments are enabled, an authorised payment service provider may authorize, capture, reverse, or settle payment under its own terms. Pilot ordering remains controlled by the server-side operational flag.
Invoice or receipt
Wingspire Labs Private Limited issues the customer invoice or receipt for an accepted order.
Packing and delivery
Wingspire Labs Private Limited handles pilot packing and Wingspire Labs Private Limited handles pilot delivery. Customers must provide accurate community, tower, flat, and contact details and remain reasonably available during the displayed delivery window.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation may be requested before the order cutoff displayed for the active offer. Cancellation and quality remedies are governed by the Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for fraud, abuse, impersonation, automated misuse, or unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to access another customer's account, address, order, or payment information.
- Do not interfere with the availability or security of the service.
Liability limitations
To the extent permitted by law, Sarvam One is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delay, temporary unavailability, natural product variation, or customer-provided information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
